As a Bloomington-Normal business owner, you’re invited to participate in the One-Stop-Shop, a service fair designed to introduce new students to services available in the Bloomington-Normal community. Held in the Bone Student Center at Illinois State University during Passages Welcome Weekend, it is a great opportunity to reach incoming freshman and transfer students that are new to the area and familiarize them with your products or services.
One-Stop-Shop will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 and Thursday, August 13, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the 1st and 2nd floor concourses in the Bone Student Center. Check-in and set-up for the event will occur between 8 to 9 a.m. each day.
The fee to have one table and two chairs for both days is $120 for commercial sales tables and $60 for information only tables.
To participate, please complete the One-Stop-Shop Registration form. Please make checks payable to ”Illinois State University”.
One-Stop-Shop is limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Registration is due by Friday, July 24, 2009. If you have any questions, contact at (309) 438-1231.
